“Tonight the sky was utterly black. Perhaps there was no moon tonight – a lunar eclipse, a new moon.”
And while I was running as fast as I could,
trying to follow the footprints of a shadow
-your toes merely tipped the ground because of the
endless speed, able to escape from black holes-
I knew you didn’t only took yourself away,
but also my beating heart and while the moon
turned red –bleeding like my finger did- I realized;
my reason of being disappeared this night
and wondering if she would ever recover
-my hope, lighting up the sky again- I wished
if I turned back the time went with me, so that
I could put straight all of the mistakes I made.
