Do you believe that everyone has his own destiny
That the only thing you can do is trust your fate
Or would you rather believe your own choices are free
Of will, and not dictated by another power or state
What would you do if you were to suddenly realise
That you are only an obedient puppet on a string
Even if you were a bit bigger than most in size
If it was commanded, you too would happily sing
I know that you may not wish to hear or see
The truth, though I implore you to try and accept
To hear the truth from me is considered irony
Because I admit, I still have difficulty to adapt
Does it matter that I am the one who is telling you
Does it truly matter that I, too, made the same mistake
Our destiny is to follow, so much I know is true
In that case it doesn’t matter whatever we undertake
