THE BIG Q
The big Q
Question of a lifetime
Will I ever find the big A?
Who am I
Why do I act like this
And not like that?
How can I find
That what is hidden inside
Finally some peace
An appearance I can relate to
But deep within arises the question
Is it really me that I can see?
Always cheerful, eternal smile,
Not the slightest problem in my life
But this façade I can’t hold on…
Roses aren’t red, violet’s not blue
Maybe they just look that way
I can’t seem to find the real me
What’s hidden behind my mask?
I wouldn’t know,
It’s too damn stuck on my face
Everybody goes on,
Has experiences,
Lives.
I discover, but I stand still,
Or do I?
Too many questions
And I still can’t find the big A
That will help me start living…
