Winter's hand has touched the spirits
To doze around and spread the secret
Announcing winter's short arrival
Right after the trees have lost their leaves
Summer green passed through all Autumn
Losing their glance, their dancing bodies
So off they go, those dirty clothes
Waiting a while till their rebirth
The news jumps from branch to branch
Telling their buddies it's time to go
Away far where there's still warmth
So that they wouldn't catch a cold
But as for the green, they couldn't leave
That's why they decided to take a wintersleep
Surrounding themselves in a hard new shell
To vanquish the cold once it appears
A well-earned nap through the season
To back up their strength for later on
For once in March, they'd need to show
Their nature beauty to give us hope
