Breathing
Gaseous compounds in an intricate mix,
Unseen they slip into our circulation,
Bound by their molecular structure,
They roam through our blood.
Chemical reactions fuelled,
And waste products formed.
With each breath we take in,
Toxic fumes that give us life.
Without them we choke,
And die a frightening death.
