I'm finally saying goodbye
I'm leaving you all
for a better place
far away from here
18 years
I have waited
for this moment to happen
and now that it's here
I'm happy for it
I'm not scared
'cause I know
that I'm not gonna be alone
I'm not the only one
who's moved from earth to heaven
My place is there now
after 18 years of illness
it is my time to go
so goodbey to all of you
and know that
when you see a schooting star
it's me
who is searching
for the best spot in the sky
from where I can watch over you
so you'ld never be alone
now
these were my last words to you
my friends
please know
that I've always loved you
and I always will
