Soon perhaps, perhaps soon!
Now as I lie in my bed I look around and although I only have the sinister light of a round candle that says: "I find you super cool!" I can see the shadow of the flames dance on the bleak colours and the few posters that decorate my walls.
Soon perhaps, perhaps soon!
On the background my radio plays an experimental song while outside the wind is falling and the rain is blowing.
Soon perhaps, perhaps soon!
I think of a lot of tiny small things that remind me of you: Your present for my birthday, a flower you gave me last year, …
Soon perhaps, perhaps soon!
All those things remind me of how nice you are, they remind me of your smile, your hair, your eyes, I feel your breath instead of the wind that blows through the window. I miss you and hope for the day that I'll see you again.
Soon perhaps, perhaps soon!
But until than I'll just fall asleep thinking of your last words you said: "I like you!"
Then I will be able to awake tomorrow and say:
I love you soon perhaps, perhaps soon!
