Long walks along the river
Moving on in the darkness
Searching for the light
The goal of your life
A bright dot far away
Fading as you make a movement
Like the flames of a candle
Trying to come near it
You run so fast as you can
Speeding towards it, in hurry
Forgetting what you must accomplish first
Otherwise, your life doesn't have a point
Meaningless, floating in the water
As you've fallen into
Because of one mistake
Unable to keep yourself in balance
Staring into the dark sky
Counting the stars you might have received
And still dreaming about that run
The one you shouldn't have taken
