No longer will I be..
since no good word
will ever be spoken again
from your mouth
I now decide to quit
answers to my questions
will never more exist
‘cause whatever I might say
it won’t be heard or spoken
from now on you’re left
by me, who was your daughter
maybe I never tried enough
or spoke the wrong words
but when my “hello”
gets lost in silence
I know it’s up to you
and so aside I step
not knowing what is left
‘cause I’ll no longer
be your daughter
but who’ll want me now..
