The Happy Girl
I’ve seen a happy girl,
Down by the lake,
She looks into the world with a smile,
But could it be fake?
The happy girl knows,
She knows how I feel inside,
It seems she only has joy in her life,
But she understands me when I cry…
I told her I wanted a boyfriend,
To share my love with when I needed to,
But she looked into my eyes,
And sad no love can be true…
I catched a glitter in her eye,
I saw a tear pas by,
But she can’t cry,
She only knows the joy of laughter,
For she is the happy girl…
