Like a butterfly
Silently and elegant
Down comes this beautiful creature
Floating on a spring breeze
Reflecting its' colours in the early sunlight
Proudly waving its' wings
As it lands on a leaf and sings
The beautiful song of morning sun
Raindrop pearls sparkling in cobwebs
The sound of summer closing in
Leaving winter far behind
Water reflecting the warmth of sun
Petals falling towards the ground
My eyes stare beyond my look
My thoughts hover in springs' enchantment
Like a butterfly...
