Today i listened
to some music
of 'The Doors'.
Now i'm writing poems,
i listen to their lyrics
more and more.

Jim Morrison
and his crew
rocked the world in the Sixties.
Playing psychedelic rock.
Fulfilling their own
musical fantasies.

Jim Morrison
was the real
Lizardking.
An american poet.
He was
the real thing.

With his words
he touched
many people's hearts.
He lit their fires
by their unique sound
right from the start.

Just like many
famous rockstars from the Sixties,
he died an early death.
Using drugs and liquor a lot.
This style of living
became a habit.

Where ever he is now
I think of
all the fun
he must be having
All the whiskey
he and Janis must be drinking
All the times
he and Jimi are jamming
All the songs
he and Kurt are writing
And whenever
they're playing
The ground will
start shaking
It will
start raining
Caused by the beautiful music
they are making.
