Reflections
Same old song, the same old pain
Reflections come and fade to grey
Shattered visions, broken smile
A heartbeat echoes years away
Touching stars in silver lines
Never seemed the place to be
Growing cold in hollow dreams
Forgot the only face I see
Carefully remind the crowd
We can not stop the show
We can not wait for ignorance
We can but hurt and go
Denial of familiar fears
First kissed and yet betrayed
Tomorrow is an endless chase
I'm always running late
