It was a sunny day

and we robbed a bank
took all the money
on that day, so sunny

We drove to a place
stayed a few days
and made sure nobody
reconized our face

A lot of fun
and we drove
further to the sun

The next day began
and we met a policeman
We kicked his ass and he said
one day you'll all end up dead

It was a sunny day
but not that sunny as yesterday
We wasted some money
I called my honey
to say goodbye
it's not safe to come by

We went from town to town
then our car broke down
We stole a car
with my gun
drove so far
to the sun

Then I mentioned
Johny wasn't paying attention
We drove in our new cadillac
but we drove all the way back

Mad as I was
a fight that I caused
We lost everything that day
the wind blew our money away
