Being so young
Full of life
I'm afraid
Of this world
Still so big to me
Demolishing me
with his actions.

Being so young
Loving my life
Crying
for all the persons I lost
Breaking me
Every time.

You can say,
She's only sixteen
But I have seen more
that some of you saw in a lifetime

I saw people
Chasing their dreams
crashing dowm
In just a few seconds

I saw people
Trying to be cool
Taking drugs
Untill it killed them

I saw people
Wanting to be thin
Starving themselves
Untill the wind blew them away

I saw myself
being abused
And It couldn't be stopped
I saw myself
crying
But still I was too afraid to stop it.

Until one day,
I wanted to chase my dream:
Being still so young and wanting to be happy, smiling all the time, one day ...

I said to everyone
Goodbye
And lead my own life
With my own toughts
And look at me now
smiling
being so happy
and still so young.
