There is a silence between us
I don't want to hear it
It is just too painful
And I can only fear it
What is happening
To me, to you, to us
I want to say something
But I just can't find the words
Please look at me
And search for answers
But don't ask anything
Because I don't want to hear it
Try to feel how I feel
Try to understand
Why my tears are flowing
Why my thoughts are so empty
Just try to understand me
And tell me what's happening
Just break the silence between us
And hold me for a long time
