Yellow October, when the leaves leave their trees.
I’ll stand on them, when they land before my feet.
I’ll try not to scream, nothing is what it seems.
In a room full of people, no one shall see me.
Like a child leaves his mother away to adulthood.
Finds a lifetime partner, and becomes someone’s mother.
So silently I’ll stand there, like I’ll never exist.
Unless you see me, but it’s a fact you never will.
I’m invisible, make me play my part by being social.
The one people would wanna hang around, that’s me.
Even you, yes even you, became one of my friends.
Did I make you think? I’m sure this is where you think.
You’ll never really know me, seriously believe me.
You won’t.
