Scared
i guessed it was the only way
not talking to you
what did i had to say
tought you did'nt like me
in the first place
try to keep you out of me
i had my own space
afraid the memories
would repeat itself
but i aint that person anymore
just the shell
afraid you'd just ignore me
just like the rest of them did
a few years ago
too afraid to open up
but you all let me see
that good and nice person
that's inside you and me
opening up a bit more
and finding the people right in front of me now
that i adore
tought i could make it
all on my own
but making new and good memories with you
are feelings i now dare to show
thank you for opening up to me
you made me into that person
i'd rather be
