Coat of confidence
Underneath my coat of confidence
There's a girl I used to know
She was so small and vulnerable
Feeling things she was afraid to show
Everyday she battled the insecurity
But she only knocked down herself
Until one day, one brilliant day
She finally came out of her shell
She learned that it was okay to be
And say what she wants to say
Friends gave her a coat of confidence
And now the happy girl's here to stay
