my girl came running
I saw a monster she screamed
it’s quite possible I said
it’s Friday the 13th
I love Halloween
the kids with their trick or treat
and you can’t fight Freddy Krueger
in your dreams you’ll accept defeat
vampires and ghosts everywhere
they want to hunt you down
trying to scare you
by yelling ‘BOO’ and frown
have you seen the movie ‘Scream’
some maniac comes after you with a knife
he tries to kill you
so run for your life
just like Michael Myers
a hockey mask covers his face
horror, it’s just a matter of escaping
just like in a maze
