Chasing Dreams
All of my life, I’ve been chasing dreams.
Dreams about the future, my future.
About how I want to be
and how I want to live
and all the aspects in between.
But slowly, I’ve began to realize
that that will never happen.
That it’s all just a dream.
A dream, I can cherish and chase forever.
While I’m living my real life, as a nightmare.
All of my life, I’ve been chasing dreams.
