Ex-girlfriend
You thought she was your best friend,
the one you thought you could trust,
but then she started an affaire with your boy-friend,
she only cared about her own lust.
Isn’t it better to ignore
than giving her the occasion to hurt you more?
Wouldn’t it relieve the pain
if you didn’t have to meet her again?
You didn’t expect
this lack of respect
from the one you knew so many years
sharing happiness and tears.
