As tender eyes turn pale
as tender
eyes turn pale
and the
world stops turning
for just a
mere second
sadness
overtakes a life
nothing was
left, just pain
and
silence, nothing else
a breath
sounds like a thunderstorm
and nothing
remains but dust
just
swallow and move on
take a minute
to remember
life goes
on, no matter what
as you rest
in peace like you wanted
