I can still smell you sometimes
I can still feel your skin
I never ever thought
that this dream we were in
would ever stop
I never thought
your love for me would end
That your heart would loose contact
with mine and would send
the love away
I never thought
that I’d be left alone
Staring at the water
Frozen like a stone
I never thought
that you would say goodbye
I did think, though,
that maybe you would try
But I never thought
you’d be so certain of your case
That you’d say you didn’t love me anymore
right into my face
I knew I would cry
but didn’t think I’d show
I miss your hugs, I miss your kiss..
I never knew I could miss
you this much..
but now I know
