Night…
My eyes look out over the Ocean,
The most beautiful thing I ever saw.
The is sun lights up the water,
As it sinks into the depth of the darkness.
Now all there is, is night,
Nothing that lights up the world.
I walk on the beach,
Not knowing where to go.
The one foot goes in front of the other,
I don’t even notice it.
Not thinking,
Just walking.
Walking away from everything I wanna forget,
From everything that forgot about me.
I can’t see anything,
The beach is pitch black.
Just like my heart,
After the light went out.
No one notices me,
No one can see me.
You took away my light,
Now I can’t see.
I can’t see the beauty of the world,
All I see is night.
