The prince and the vault
There was once a vault
No-one knew the code
No-one knew what was hidden inside
Some people just passed it by
Some other hammered on it's walls
Some tried to look inside
But the secret was always safe
One day, accompanied by dawn
There was a figure just over the horizon
Quickly coming closer
He was heading for the vault
The spot became a man on a horse
Drawing nearer and nearer
The people all just ran away
Scared of this stranger
The man got off his horse
And walked towards the vault
He touched it softly and whispered
The villagers all held their breath
There came a cracking noise
As the door slowly opened
It was dark inside the vault
But out there stepped a girl
The man spoke to her
Told her he was the prince
She had ever dreamt of
She had to come with him
The girl just shook her head
I cannot live without this vault
So she said, with tears on her cheek
She wanted him ever so badly
Then the prince stepped close to her
Held her, and hugged her tight
He took hold of her hand
And together they stepped inside

| leuk gedaan maar probeer nu in het nederlands, rijmen is niet altijd nodig, speel met woorden en zinnen... |

| mooi verhaal. welkom bij de club. je eerste gedicht vind ik een beetje ''dark'' voor een debuut, maar verder is het bijna precies wat ik had verwacht. als je dat niet begrijpt, vraag maar aan je prins wie tuimelaar is; hij zal het je wel kunnen uitleggen. volgens mij zijn wij even oud, ik en jij. leuk toch? niet op letten, ik ben gewoon raar :p |

| Mooi verhaal, en goede opbouw, nu kan je niet meer beweren dat je niet goed in schrijven bent :) Het einde is erg mooi maar ook onverwacht en toepasselijk. Schrijf zo door ! | |
