My Dreams
I went to bed last night
And closed my eyes
After a long boring night
Before I got awake
I saw something really nice
There she was sitting down the river
Laughing while she looked at me
Where the sun gave some light
Some warmth
I knew I wanted to hold her tight
Aw you my dear darling
Could I have the seat next to you?
She could only laugh
And whispered quietly
Come closer don’t be so tough
Slowly I came closer
So she reached out her hand
I’d try to hide that I was shy
Though again she could see straight to me
Laughing about my try to deny
Don’t be afraid my love
Let me make you feel allright
Carefully she holds my face saying it’s fine
Turning up the heat with her last lines;
From now on sweetheart, you are mine
