thousand paths
although a thousand paths in life
I choose this one
the path of the joker
who laughs and laughs
with gents and wife
drunk and playing poker
always seeking satisfaction
at all cost I’ll win otherwise
I will be the stoker
of a huge and terrible demise
cost what cost I shall rule
fairly with iron hand
and the mind of a mule
‘t is the wines fault
for being so tasty
delicious food laying about
still I’m quite hasty
I pray the lord my soul to take
to open my eyes
awake and create
