Flabbergasted
Flabbergasted
there she stood flabbergasted
as clouds slowly moved in front
of the sun which predicted nothing
but misfortune
she remembered how yesterday
whispered sweet nothings in her ear
which worked its charms as she
embraced it and was asked to dance
colours seem to fade faster as imaginable
tears welled in her eyes
which showed her to what the ugly truth is
