It’s only nine months waiting
But for me it seems so long
Happiness describes it perfectly
This feeling that has come
Now that we are waiting
For a miracle yet to come
For her awaits a new world
To discover, when she’s come
The time seems to like flying
It seems a long time, I was so young
I just keep asking myself the question
Where have all the days just gone
I am grateful for just knowing
How it is, now I can see
And someday she’ll look through the same eyes
And know how wonderful life can be
