The chance to change.


The first steps i walked away from you were hard..
But when the tears I wanted to push away,
Didn’t came anymore, I felt relief..

I walked further, the road I walked a lot lately..

A song said:
I want to rise today, And change the world..
And I felt as if I could stand on my own feet for the moment.
I felt strong, even though knowing,
I would be alone for the time being.
I felt as if I could handle it now..

There shouldn’t be tears spilled over this,
It’s a good thing, even when I don’t always feel like it is..

Things will be set in motion,
Things will change..
But I can’t say I regret the change,
It was necessary..

And in a few months we’ll look back,
And be proud of taking the chance to change our lives..
