Wasn't strong enough to defy the world
Thoughts running wild
No place to hide from the darkness growing inside
It's claws scratching at every dream
Losing grasp on reality
Fear thrived, taking over
Leaving nothing untouched
Insanity came.. Slow and charming,
crawling in the depths of my mind
Now there's just silence,
Loud and lonely
I turn to my echo and close my eyes
