Anything seems just like
the breath I couldn't take
Days float over into nights
in which I lay awake
Shadows cover me as if light never had been shining
dreams are whispering why I lie
I know that when I wake up, my day won't be my last
though nothing's promissed, I just don't dare
Nothing will be mine forever
' cause I know 'forever' means nothing at all
since you didn't feel my heart beating
all those soundless years, only for you
Day after day I know
You kiss her with those lips
that know my words, know my name
Yet anything is lost in time
Anything I try so hard
to hide
