The pain
Look at me in the eyes.
I can see you're feeling down.
I know it's not easy,
But it's gonna be better now.
Thinking about the time that the pain was always clear.
When you're feeling empty,
The only thing left was fear.
Never feeling sad again;
That's the dream.
But it will never be more than that,
'cause the world is mean.
I know that you're looking at the stars,
hoping for a wish.
So it can give you some peace,
like a sweet, soft kiss.
Maybe the pain will not be over yet.
But I hope you know I share your pain,
From the moment that we met.
