Marslander insight
I am about 300 flight miles away from home
Or just 8 minutes by radio frequency
I am here on this planet all alone
Look at the pictures I am sending :
There is only dust to see
I am worth about 1 biljon dollars
and thus controversy
Everyone on earth is analysing all I send,
every signal,
fueled by a selffulfilling hope
of what my data will tell
So I am drilling myself towards glory
To reveal the clue of earth's older sister's story
Earthlings really do pay a big price
to have a simple look in the future mirror :
Mars was once earthly nice
And then it just degraded by environmental terror
These are my insights as a device,
better than any sample
