I wish you colored skies
Pretty rainbows, sunny weather
Love that lifts you up
And makes you feel light as a feather
Some guidance on your way
Towards peaceful, happy times
Someone who sees you from within
And reads between the lines
I wish you many road trips
Pretty souls, beautiful places
And meanwhile I’m sure
you’ll touch the hearts of many faces
May you dance between wildflowers
Sleep in a cabin in the woods
May you find the best in yourself
Make peace with your history and roots
Do the things that make you happy
Follow your heart and your gut feeling
May someone be a home
And a save place in the healing
May someone spark a fire in your soul
May there be more good for you than harm
May you cry your eyes out laughing
And feel save crying in someone’s arms
You don’t need someone to become whole
But to you, from an honest distant friend
Find someone empathic, strong and true
Who’s able to love you like a man.
