CREMATION OF A FRIEND

Thursday morning in Le Creusot, 
with a funeral undertaker

He will take the ashes to Luzy 
and scatter them at the cemetery

I will keep the friend in my thoughts
to light a candle 
thinking of us on a sunny day together
