On waiting
I hate to wait!
Life's endless queing
Either virtual or in
Real Life, is a torment
To me.
Waitng in the past
For a husband always
Late, in shops and
On the bus, and in
More recent days
There's this waiting on
The Net.
Browser being slow,
Server overloaded
And the friends on
ICQ just let me wait
Again.
I know it's difficult
To set a time with
All the different times
On earth, but if I
Can do as promised,
Why can't they do
The same?
I just hate to wait........
