The child in me

There is a child in me..
I can feel it under my skin..

But I'm not willing to let it out
It's playing and laughing and having fun

It's the child in me that's always laughing
And always is playing..

If your lucky you can see it
I'm not willing to let it out

But some times it just shows it self
When my skin get's weaker..

Weaker from all the pain and misery
And from the mean words for you..

Then the child seizes his chance
and shows it self

Fresh and young
not aware of anything in this world

'cause it's deepinside me
And I carefully protected it

The child in me..
It's screaming to get out

But I'm not willing to let it out
It's hard enough in this world

It would only cause more trouble

Your still the picture in a frame

I seem so lost in this all
I couldn't find the right way

But you laways showed me the way
