Emptiness
Here I stand alone in the dark
A cold wind blows through my hair
The loneliness inside of me
The emptiness that takes the air
Empty and cold, so is the night
And so I am within
Nothing to salve me, not any little light
But this is my fate and so it must be
I cannot escape
Not even fly away with my wings
I let it destroy me inside
Let it destroy all the things
Cause this isn’t life and isn’t death
No more power to fight against
I go down with the endlessness instead
