Fear of the dark
Every time when you turn out the light,
You know why you sometimes fear the night…
You see yourself running…for nothing…
in the black of the night,
With screaming voices and hunting shadows
at your side…
You close your eyes and hope they disappear,
But there are still that voices that you hear…
There is no way to run away,
Cause wherever you go they will stay…
The night turned into a bad dream,
The dark hunts and the moon smiles mean…
Scary thoughts are haunting in your head,
All good things turn into bad…
Then you see yourself getting smaller and
slowly fade away without leaving a mark,
All what’s left behind is a big emptiness
and the whisper of the dark…
When you open your eyes you realise that it
was just a bad dream…!
That’s also how life sometimes went,
But never forget…at every nightmare comes an end!!
