“Children Listen”

Children, let your voices be heard out loud.
Don’t accept no as a given answer.
Scream and cry, make sure you seize your chances.
Be yourself and get noticed in a crowd,
in order to survive, all is allowed.
If it’s your time, they’ll see your great expanse,
walk their streets and joyfully start to dance.
Show them that you were born to make them proud.

Realize children, that they were once you,
and that you will one day be just like them.
It’s the circle of life, it’ll stay like this,
and your children will be rebellious too.
You shouldn’t break what none of us can mend.
Unlike ignorance, omniscience is bliss
