How to forget me
I'm learning to forget me
the person I was before
I'm not changed but
not the same anymore
I thought you would help me
because you'd listen to my words
The confusion of my mind
and how that hurts
All in all you're just curious
you never really heard the words I say
For you, everything's just over
When you go home today
And I cry myself to sleep again
wish I could make everything undone
Now that's impossible
so I have to go on
I wish I could hate you
that's so much easier than this
now I can only hate myself
For all the things I miss
