I Am Enough
I always thought my hands were too small,
my heart too weak to give it all.
I walked on threads above the deep,
so scared to fall, so scared to weep.
I thought my words could never weigh,
the love I gave would slip away.
I carried shadows, old and cold,
and feared my warmth was never bold.
But here I stand, the mist around,
fire within I finally found.
A tree that holds through wind and rain,
a light that glows through every pain.
I breathe, I feel, I choose to stay,
I give, I shine, I find my way.
The weight of guilt falls from my chest,
I leave behind what was a quest.
Not too little, not undone,
I am the whole, I am the one.
I am enough, my soul set free,
a heart alive, as I am me.
