You must not have had an easy life
Of that I can be sure
Fighting a terrible disease for which there is no cure
Yet when I look at pictures that mummy put online
I see a sweet young little girl who seems to be just fine
A cheeky little smile and lovely curly hair
To be so very ill so young just really is 't fair
Baking cookies with your mummy, playing in the sand and snow
No matter where they take you you always steal the show
Enjoying life to the fullest, each day a celebration
For me your attitude in life is a giant inspiration
But today your loved ones had to say farewell to you
Eventhough it can't have been your time
It's something no parent should ever have to do
This must be the world's most painful crime
I hope you'll rest in peace now, you can finally let go
To me you'll always be the bravest little girl I never got to know
